Safety is our #1 priority

We take pride in our reputation of being a safe and friendly league in the Lower Mainland. Gone are those red rubber balls from elementary school, 604dodgeball uses the highest quality foam dodgeballs that do not hurt upon impact.

We always ensure teams of similar skillset and athletic abilities are matched to ensure safe play. In addition, 604dodgeball always uses the largest and brightest gyms supervised by experienced organizers. Last but not least, we strongly enforce everyone to follow our code of conduct to uphold a safe and friendly environment.

  • Rules & Regulations

    The objective of dodgeball is to eliminate the opposing players on the other team. Two teams play at once and the team with the remaining player(s) on the court is declared the winner.

  • Tips &Tricks

    The best way to prepare is to warm up by doing a series of exercises and stretches. You will probably feel sore after the first few times and that is normal. If you feel any pain in your body while playing, stop and take a break.
